DESCRIPTION:Book online now\nOn the weekend of 26th to 28th August Breaking
  the Frame is holding a 'get-together' / holiday at a small conference ven
 ue in a small village\, 1 hour from Camarthen (by bus)\, in mid-Wales.\n\n
 This event will be smaller (probably less than 30) and more informal than 
 the Breaking the Frame gatherings in 2014 and 2015: an opportunity to talk
  about and organise around technology politics.\n\nThe programme will depe
 nd on what attendees offer. We expect the programme be less packed and wit
 h more time for hanging out/walking etc than previous gatherings. The vill
 age boasts a couple of pubs.\n\nThe venue has about 10 beds and 9 mattress
  spaces\, plus camping space\, and there is more space indoors if you brin
 g your own sleeping mat/mattress.\nPlease read the notes below carefully b
 efore booking\nPlease note: For convenience we are using a Bristol-based e
 vents booking system (you can ignore the requests to share your data with 
 Facebook). We are using the bank account of Human Genetics Alert (an organ
 isation closely linked to Breaking the Frame) to handle the money for this
  event.\n\nThe ticket (£25/head) covers food and venue cleaning. Please p
 ay for accomodation when you arive - there is no fixed accomodation rate\,
  the owner insists that people only pay what they can afford. \n\nAfter yo

 AN I ARRIVE AND LEAVE?\nGuests are invited to arrive any time on Friday 25
 th August\, and leave any time on Tuesday 29th August. Guests can also arr
 ive later or leave earlier.\n\nA slightly earlier arrival date may be poss
 ible too - please get in touch to discuss that further if that's of intere
 st to you.\n\nThe main program will start on the morning of Saturday 26th\
 , so most of us will be arriving on Friday.\n\nThere is no public transpor
 t from the village on the bank holiday Monday\, so that day will be a full

 ge\, charming old house\, similar in many ways to the venue for previous B
 reaking the Frame gatherings\, Unstone grange.\n\nYou can see pictures of

 nue by car\, train\, coach\, taxi\, local bus or bike at the venue's websi
 te: www.create-ahh.org.uk\n\nThe venue is about 1 hour from Camarthen trai
 n station\, if travelling by local bus.\n\nA return bus ticket is £6.90. 
 Bus number 460 stops about 5 minutes from the venue (bus stop name 'Felind
 re\, Drefach Shelter').\n\nThe local bus service does not run in the eveni
 ngs or on Sundays / bank holidays.\n\nBy taxi\, the cost from Camarthen is
  around £34 to £40 (before 10pm).\nWHAT DOES THE EVENT COST?\nAttendees 
 are asked to pay only what they think they can afford for the accomodation
 .\n\nA £25 deposit is requested upon booking to cover the cost of the foo
 d\, wood for the stove and the cleaning bill (any left over will be donate
 d to venue host).\nWHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THE BEDS / MATTRESSES / SLEEPING A
 RRANGEMENTS?\nAll beds and mattresses will be allocated to attendees befor
 e the event.\n\nWe are asking attendees to inform us if they want to book 
 a bed or a mattress\, so please let us know if you want a bed or a mattres
 s and one will be reserved for you.\n\nBedclothes / bed linen and covers a
 re provided for all beds and mattresses.\n\nThere are some separate rooms\
 , some containing more than one bed\, plus a large dorm space in the loft.
