DESCRIPTION:The Feminist Library opens this year's Feminism &amp\; Tech ser
 ies with a focus on the importance of Feminist Consciousness in the conver
 sation\, with an introduction to the concept of Consciousness Raising (CR)
  and feminist critique of technology from Feminist Library's/Breaking the 
 Frame's Gail Chester and Magda Oldziejewska.\n\nThey will also be welcomin
 g speakers from inspirational#womenintech initiatives\, including Inspiri
 ng Women's Laura de Silva and AnitaB.org's Assel Altayeva.\n\nWe are invit
 ing you to join the discussions\, try consciousness raising and help desig
 n new initiatives for tackling the problems that women still face in tech.
